The room was great-sized and it had a shower and hair dryers, that's cool. Liked a large bathroom. The location was good and comfortable, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus.

The staff were polite! The room was spotless, with iron and the bedroom, as example, slept really well.

Good and convenient location close to good restaurants, we enjoyed it. We lived in the king room with iron and the bedroom, as example😀🙂

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a nice enough area, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, good restaurants and Florida from Indiana. Particularly good location - short way from everywhere we needed.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The convenient location made it easy for me to reach my destination. The staff at check-in were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as thin walls where I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, overall my stay was pleasant.

Check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Our room had a balcony with a great view and we enjoyed sitting outside. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were delicious and filling.

Parking spaces for larger vehicles like trucks, RVs, and buses were limited. The lighting in the outside area was not adequate.
